We don’t offer refunds unless if the product comes unuse able condition 

 

if the product comes broken please contact Australia post and discuss to them

 

If it’s something electrical you can send it back (you paying for shipping costs) and we will try fix it if it’s unfixable you can chose for us to send it back or dispose of it
